The purpose of this phase is to get to know one another and establish a firm understanding of what is required for the project. This includes getting a solid understanding of your requirements, budget and timeline so we can determine the feasibility of your project.

Once we’ve established how your project will run we work on getting the overall look and feel of your project together.

We come to you with a concept presentation which may include mood boards, design inspiration, sketches and samples of materials and finishes. Together we review and refine what works for you and what needs further thought.

With your feedback and approval, we move forward to further detail your project. For us, this involves extensive research, planning, and design thinking to ensure everything is in place for a smooth build. Rather than you needing to manage research and selections, we present a refined selection of options that best align with our Concept.

We collaborate closely with trades, specialists, and craftspeople to refine your budget and keep your project on track.

There are already plenty of decisions to be made on site during the build. The aim of this stage is to have all material selections finalised and the drawing package resolved down to the smallest detail, ensuring everything has been considered prior to construction commencing.

Now, the moment you have been waiting, saving and planning for. We execute all the details of the design to make sure your project is exactly as you imagined. We correspond with trades and specialists on site as your project evolves.
