This barrister’s chambers in Sydney’s CBD is relatively small but provided an opportunity to work with the client Jayne to make sure she had everything she needed to work efficiently and not have to worry about her space.

During MARG
With a couple of existing pieces like an artwork and a favourite armchair we were able to weave the new design around these to make sure the space felt personal to Jayne. The concept design was to take the traditional look of a barristers chambers (think dark timber book shelves and leather bound books) and make it a bit brighter without ignoring the tradition and look of the profession.

4 or 5 months on from the start of this project we have now installed most of the new interior elements with the help of a clever joinery team and other suppliers that are helping us bring this space together. Watch this space for the final walkthrough and photos.
