At MARG. Studio we totally appreciate the desire to be hands on and design your own home. For these clients we have created a unique offering giving them access to professional advice and reassurance during the planning and design phase of their floor plans.
Whether you are building from scratch or tackling a renovation, the foundations to a successful project is always a carefully considered and detailed floor plan. In this service we give you specific advice and recommended changes to your initial designs with an emphasis on the finer interior details like door and window placement, circulation and storage opportunities.
This is a cost effective design service that gives you access to professional advice without engaging in the full interior design service.
Reviewing your floorplan will take the overwhelm away from trying to understand how your space will come together from your floor plans.
Time spent in this planning stage will save you thousands in the building stage.
A Floor Plan Review includes:
1 hour online meeting with Emily to discuss the requirements and vision for your project. Site meetings available on request.
A comprehensive review of your proposed plan will be completed and delivered as part of the Design Review Package.
The Design Review Package will include:
- Detailed design brief + notes on your existing designs,
- Recommended design changes + details
While your plans are still lines on a page, you have a unique opportunity to make inexpensive changes.
It’s easier to change a floor plan than it is to move a wall once it’s built.
